Important Meter Reading Changes: Micro Generation (<50kWh) Customers

If we are your agent for Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs) and export for your Solar, Wind or Hydro technology, we now require you to take meter readings from your ROC and Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIEN) export meter.

Both of these readings need to be taken on the 31st March 2018 and submitted no later than 8th April 2018. You can submit your readings on or after 31st March 2018 here.

Please note, the decision to require you to now take the export reading was made by Utility Regulator Northern Ireland.

*The submission of your NIE Networks export reading will not affect your ROC payments.
